Advice needed!
So I’m doing some work for a bloke that after the tree work is done he will be renovating the property. Neighbours tree(large Monterey Cypress) Is overhanging the boundary fence,I’ve been instructed to take all protruding limbs back to boundary fence. I notified the neighbour and he said he did not want his tree cut at all! Spoke to my client again and he said don’t worry he (neighbour hasn’t a choice and just to carry on! Can I just start or does the neighbour has a say?
Well I was busy and should get back outside to change some ram seals but:-

An Act to enable persons who desire to carry out works to any land which are reasonably necessary for the preservation of that land to obtain access to neighbouring land in order to do so; and for purposes connected therewith.
