Hi all,   Have an issue with one of our tenanted properties in which a neighbours twin stemmed birch leans right into tenants garden (see pic below).   Obviously legally we can cut back all overhanging branches to the boundary and I assume the same applies to stems where they overhang? I.e. if we cut back to boundary one of the stems would be left as a 1.5/2m stump effectively.   Thanks in advance! B
