  1. We are looking to recruit a number of team leaders, climbers and surveyors in the south east of the country, either on a self employed basis or employed basis. Team leaders and climbers will be expected to hold all relevant ground based and aerial based certs and all be within 5 years of having refresher training this is a requirement of the client, along with Utility arb UA1, 2.1, 2.2, 2.3. Team leaders will also be expected to be able to Tow and have some experience in running and planning jobs. Surveyors will be expected to hold UA1, 2.1, 5.1 and 5.2 All staff will be expected to hold an in date first aid, Desirable Manual handling. Decent rates paid for suitable staff. The successful candidates will conduct utility arb operations in line with relevant industry guidelines and requirements. Candidates will need to be ready to fit into a professional yet friendly operation with the emphasis on quality rather than quantity and fully buy into the requirements to maintain the very highest safety standards and ensure that the customers and clients needs are at the forefront of all decisions and actions. Candidates ideally should hold: • CS30, 31, 38, 39, 40 • UA1, UA2.1 UA2.2 UA2.3 and re-certs where applicable • Current first aid certificate • Full driving licence • Street works and MEWP certification • Current WPD authorisations including LVOH and PTW The ideal candidates will be flexible in style and thinking with an open, friendly personality.
