  1. I am just starting up a flower farm in a walled garden on the estate. The entrance to the garden is a bit tight at 2.5m but I have had wood chip delivered there. I have a plastic sheet set up by the entrance to dump wood chip on and you can either reverse in straight to it, or drive in an maneuver on the grass.
  2. This is a rented accomodation. Unfortunately there is no through road. Any drop offs will be collected via wheelbarrow from Chalk Close TS18 3SS. Call to arrange drop offs via 07707 980 707
  3. I bought this wee baby Tirfor last year, only used it really today, it was just the thing for pulling well dead and dry spruce out. Trees were light, in fairness, but a fair bit of friction involved aloft. It's so light and small, no excuse not to bring it along for all jobs. Was €208 delivered from "MTN Shop". https://youtu.be/F9WAMn8fGz4 View full article
  4. Hi all, I am in need of a smaller saw for Coppicing smaller hazel trashing scrub etc... Currently I have a 365 huzqvarna which is great for larger coppice but is a bit of a lump when just trashing small stuff. I am open to ideas of all brands so what would you use/ recommend?
  5. So I do a fair bit of tree work so I am coming across plenty of nice pieces of wood that will often just get cut up for fire wood. I am looking into converting a 40ft shipping container into acomidataion/storage. I will insulate and line the whole inside with ply wood but I like the idea of making work tops, shelves, windows, doors and frames from wood that is a little more special, that wouldn't get painted. I first spotted these mills and love the look of how strait forward they and and also seem reasonably cost. (Alaskan 24" saw mill) ALASKAN PORTABLE 24" CHAINSAW SAW MILL LOGGING SAWMILL | eBay The currently only have two husqvarna 346xp saws, very nice saws for when doing tree work but I am unsure how suited they would be for milling. Also, this mill is 24", would that be adjustable as I wouldn't want to put a bar that big on a 346? I don't have any experiences with milling so I am putting this idea out for constructive criticism. Thanks Ian
