Utility Arborists Scottish Power Contract – Cheshire and Wirral area O’Connor’s Utilities Ltd are looking to recruit suitably qualified utility arborists to work on Scottish Power vegetation management contract in Cheshire and Wirral area delivering utility maintenance to the highest industry standards. This is an excellent opportunity for the utility arborist looking to progress their career. Successful candidates will be based at our Depot in Deeside delivering HV and LV maintenance works on the Scottish Power network. Candidates should ideally hold: CS30, 31, 38, 39, 40 UA1, UA2.1 UA2.2 UA2.3 and a current first aid certificate Full driving licence Street works and MEWP certification would be desirable Scottish Power utility authorisations would be extremely desirable but are not essential Ideal candidates will be committed team players with motivation and initiative. A very competitive rate of pay is offered based on qualifications and experience together with Full PPE and climbing equipment is provided as well as ongoing career development with the very realistic potential to progress within the company.. Further Utility Arboriculture training and certification can be offered to outstanding candidates with suitable NPTC certificates of competency and relevant experience.
