  1. Currently looking to fill some dates in the diary for this month & next. Freelance climber/groundsman, 3 years as groundie, 2 years as a climber since then. Plenty of experience in domestic & commercial sector. Level 3 ED Arb & Forestry Cs30, 31, 38 & 39 All climbing gear and saws Looking for work around North Yorkshire but would travel if the pay is right & there's plenty of work.   2. I am a sixth-form leaver looking for an apprenticeship in tree-surgery/forestry. I am very passionate to learn about forestry and am a hard worker and fast learner. Any advice on how to get an apprenticeship or actual apprenticeship offers starting December onwards would be very helpful. I am 18 years old, physically strong, motivated and I have a full driving licence and car. I live in Kirklees (Yorkshire) but I am willing to travel and find accommodation anywhere in the UK.   3. Based in the Halifax area, we are an experienced team consisting, of a climber and ground worker. We have our own tipping Transit and chipper so are able to take waste off site. Fully NPTC qualified (inc. spraying) and insured, including PL insurance to £5mil. Full clean driving licence. All climbing/rigging and machinery to deal with any over-ground job (not stump grinding) can be provided. Happy to either work as part of your team, or fully freelance with or without the chipper and van. We have experience in working in both domestic and commercial sectors. Currently we are looking to fill dates in March/April. We are primarily looking for work in Yorkshire and Lancashire but willing to travel further for the right price.   6. Good morning good folks of arbtalk! My name is Adam, I currently live in Wakefield and am going through the process of leaving the RAF and hoping to gain a career in arboriculture. I am booked in to gain my qualifications (CS30, 31, 38, 39, 40, 41, 50) in June from TKF Training in Holmfirth as part of resettlement through the armed forces. To that end I am unqualified as an arborist but would however like to offer my services ground working or labouring for somebody in order to gain some experience within the industry.
