  2. NPTC CS30/31 Qualified and experienced chainsaw operators preferably with CS38 and CCS39. Utility/Rail qualifications and/or experience would be desirable but not essential. PPE will be provided - Full Driving licence would be preferred. We are looking to recruit two additional chainsaw ops and/or climbers to join or growing team as a full time employed member of staff. This will include a competitive salary, the use of company vehicles, 28 days paid holiday each year and you will also be invited to join our training and investment in people scheme which means if you have an appetite to complete other industry relevant qualifications, we can help you with the costs and required resources associated with this.   3. In a small practical industry like arb, everyone seems to know everyone and large HR departments are rarities, it seems CV's are not really relative. Do you rate a CV? Do you read CV's or is a letter/email/phone call more important? If you do value CV, if so what do you look for in a CV? Any particular CV Gripes (Too many pages/pictures etc) Looking for advice, from an employer / manager’s perspective.

Hi all, I'am currently approaching the end of my level 3 arb & forestry diploma. as a result i'am currently looking for anyone that can take me on for jobs even if its a couple of days a week. i'm hoping that i shall have my cs30/31 ticket soon. i'm a hard worker and have had a few jobs with arbs that have taken me on for a few weeks in the past. i would like for someone to give me a chance and i would quite happily just drag brash through a chipper etc. i enjoy ground work and hope someone will take me on, i'm in Lincolnshire but have 4x4 transport and a post 1998 car license if i can be any use to anyone please contact me regards

We would require you to hold valid NPTC CS30 and 31 certifications.   13. Hello All my name is Ian Clarke. I am a self employed climber/groundie. I have got 3 years experience in tree surgery. from small domestic work to bigger contracts. I have got my 30 31 38 39 my own saw *top handle* climbing kit PPE and transport with full clean driving licence and public liability to £1million i have a good work ethic *stay till the job is done. and am happy to drag brush all day to trimming hedges to rigging jobs and everything in between. I currently work for a few firms but i am looking to fill my days that i am currently not working. references can be provided.   19. Good evening all Due to my Land Rover blowing a hole through a core plug i am currently unable to tow anything. I could do with a man and a chipper for about 3 hours work on Friday morning. Big clients so reply's must be able to commit 100% to this day or the will hit the fan and i will hunt u down. Please message me with reasonable quotes chippings to be left on site so no take away.   25. Hi all, If there is anyone out there local to essex looking for a good groundsman, please get in contact, i myself live in chelmsford. My current firms work is drying up and i need to pay my bills lol, (dont we all) I have CS30,31,38,39,40...also have my UA1 and am currently in training for UA2and3 I have my own PPE, Climbing/rescue kit. I am very hard working, i do more groundie work than climbing, but am more than happy to do it. have a look at my albums for some of my previous work, i will upload some news pics in a min. I have my own transport and have no problem with early starts, work very well with a team.
