  9. Hi, I am looking for a climber/groundie. Full-time/part-time/employed/self-employed - i will consider anything for the right candidate. We are based in Rutland and undertake tree work, mainly for domestic customers, in Rutland and surrounding counties. Everything from pruning/felling/dismantling and stump-grinding to planting and some consultancy (we don't do a lot of hedge cutting!)   23. Hi all, only recently started to look into Tree Surgery/Arboriculture after plan A didn't plan out. I'm from the Glasgow area and do a lot of outdoor work already. Would anyone be able to explain the best way into Tree Surgery and how I should go about getting into it?
