I have cracks on the inner walls of my cottage, (see photo, they are where the air vent and the window is internally) The apricot tree is about 12 feet from the outer wall and is about 35ft high? I have heard this tree is invasive but is it close enough to the house and also big enought to have caused the damage to this stone cottage If so, is it possible to prune it this summer or should it be done in winter?
