  3. Cheers guys so we are saying it should be all good! I'll get some prices on having it taken down! What do you think I'm looking at so I don't get my pants pulled down as I really have no idea on price. If only things were that simple 😂

  5. Hi , I was just looking for some advice about a tree in the garden of a house I have just purchased. I think its a Cedar tree but I have attached some pictures. Firstly I would really like to cut it down but when we had the survey done on the property they advised if it was cut down to leave the stump for a few years to stop land heave? I have no clue on the age of the tree from what I have read if the tree is before the property then this could be an issue? The house was built in the 70's and the tree is 1.3m in circumference as tall as the ridge on a two story house and 8.2m away from the house. The soil is also clay Could anyone advise if they think it maybe problematic removing the tree Thanks in advance
