Hmm, forget model (Its a customers), will have a look tomorrow... This one also gets very hot... just not sure if its because the coil ive replaced it with is a cheaper (lesser) unit and cant cope with the high heat, or if i have a problem, just seems odd the original one burnt out, and then the replacement one... The original one was 12v 22watt, the one I have now is 12v 20watt as thats the biggest I could find...old one does look a little bigger / and feels a little heavier though... But struggled to find the 20 watt one that I have now, so if anyone has any ideas on where I could find one that would be great?! Thanks!

Having problems with a Jensen chipper, keeps melting the coil on the hydraulic solenoid for the feed rollers... Has anyone else had this idea? Not sure if its because I'm using incorrect coil, or because the oil is getting to hot and melting the coil causing it to break down / short out.... Works perfectly for 3-4 hours, then kills it and pops fuse and coil reads virtually short circuit... Any advice greatly appreciated.. Thanks,
