    Tree looks super dead from afar, upon closer inspection the leaves look like in the pic I just uploaded. Only thing I can find is herbicide damage. Anyone seen this before? Thanks

    hellofrom New Mexico, we have two cottonwood trees the never leafed out this year. what little leaves did come are scrawing long and curled. only thing i can find is herbicide damage. can anyone verifiy this? thanks
