  1. Hey people, I have the opportunity to obtain a monkey puzzle in the next few weeks. The tree is still standing g but dead. Its roughly 10metres tall. Few questions, I hear it's a valuable wood turning timber, is there any value in selling the tree? I have a setup for milling so would I be better off milling it myself? If so any recommendations when milling it? Thanks, Danny
  2. Great advice guys, thanks! ?
  3. They both look like great options, will depend on the trailer I buy, only question left is what kind of affordable winch do I get electric or manual?
  4. I am thinking about buying a double axle car trailer (rating 2400kgs) to collect logs from gardens, farms, public areas, etc. I'm planning to use a winch from the front of the trailer to pull logs up a ramp (at the back) and onto the trailer. I want to be able to move large timber (whatever weight the trailer can take, up to 1.5ton). Has anyone experience in this area? If so, advice? Thanks
