That job went well, Got some nice Spruce sticks out, Thanks again for your help. The next job is a stand of decent Larch in that woodland. Am cutting down in Newbury at the moment. Tom

Sorry mate, I read into your post wrong. Thankyou for that, good to hear your scaling up. Hopefully can work together at some point. Were working towards buying a forwarder aswell in the future if that's any use to anyone? I'll keep my eyes posted on here for any works ?

We both run Husky 572's, 562's with some old stihl 038's and 044's as back up. 880 on the mill and a 4' bar for larger trees. Are they on the deck? Do you need them felling?

Only a little bit with a chainsaw mill, only as a hobby. Have cut quite abit of Hardwood for milling though. Would be interested in having a go at it proper.
