  6. OK, so I'm not super fit, but I've worked on chainsaws mechanically since leaving school *^^%£$£ years ago. I have CS30, and wondering if there is much work around for a groundie in the north west before I spend more on getting CS31 and wind blown etc? Not looking to get rich, looking for a career change into something more interesting. I want to be part of the movement to plant millions of trees and maintain/make safe the ones we have. Also like the idea of getting into Forestry but understand the opportunities are limited in the north west. All comments good and honest will be appreciated.
  7. Does anyone know of a similar course in the north west?

About

Arbtalk.co.uk is a hub for the arboriculture industry in the UK.
If you're just starting out and you need business, equipment, tech or training support you're in the right place.  If you've done it, made it, got a van load of oily t-shirts and have decided to give something back by sharing your knowledge or wisdom,  then you're welcome too.
If you would like to contribute to making this industry more effective and safe then welcome.
Just like a living tree, it'll always be a work in progress.
Please have a look around, sign up, share and contribute the best you have.

See you inside.
