  1. May have a problem here... I was close to buying Italian Cypress Trees but just noticed that it says 'Full Sun' required. My problem is that the bottom 6feet of the tree will be pushed up against the fence.
  2. Hi guys Brilliant assistance and advice from all who commented here. Thank you all. Please (if you don't mind) allow me to ask a couple of questions that you may deem silly/obvious but I genuinely don't know the answer to...So, 1. Is it possible to buy this/these trees when they are already 20 feet tall or is it a case of I have to buy it as a baby and grow it myself? I would much prefer to just pay somebody to transport a fully grown one to my house here in Manchester and plant it for me. Saves me getting soil under my perfectly manicured nails and gives somebody some paid work. In fact I may even go for Two or Three in line. 2. Even though the Italian Cyprus Tree is my first choice of all the different trees suggested by members here are there any that will require constant pruning or it will reach the sky?. What I mean by this is... will any of the Trees suggested simply keep on growing to the clouds if I forget to prune it for a few months etc? I want the Tree I choose to live its life well but without me having to constantly 'tend' to it. Thanks all.
  3. Wow! I think I have my answer. Thanks Steve Bullman. The Tree you recommended 'Italian Cyprus Tree' looks perfect for my needs.
  4. It's not the camera that's the problem. It's the huge upright pole. The camera is only the size of a Coffee Cup. Therefore, I can always make an L shaped Bracket (coming off the Pole) pointing out with the camera fixed onto the end of that bracket.
  5. Hi all I am literally in the dog house! I need help quick. Our Garden has Waney Lap fencing all round. Recently after somebody decided to break into our Conservatory I got my mate to fix A 10ft Steel pole (similar to a Scaffolding Pole) to the fence post. Then I installed a CCTV Camera on the top of the new pole looking down into our garden. I think it's great. My wife thinks it looks like a prison. Her words "That pole either comes down or you disguise it somehow" So, this got me thinking. Is there such a tree that I can buy that is tall. I'm talking 16 - 20 ft tall. That is thin/narrow (because I only want it to grow upwards). That is low maintenance (won't shed painful needles or loads of leaves) and I won't have to spend all year pruning it? A tree that will allow me to bind the scaffolding type pole to the rear of it (so you can't now see the pole)? Any ideas please? Thanks in advance all.
