  1. Thanks all for the help. I think Mick / Daltontrees / openspaceman are correct with Alder, comparing the photos to google image searches for Alnus glutinosa is the closest match I've seen and given the landscape it makes sense for it to be growing there. Cheers!
  2. Hi, Could someone please help me identify this tree? I suspect this is a simple one for people familiar with this subject. I've tried the Woodland Trust Identification app which is suggesting Hazel but I'm not convinced I've gone through it correctly. Given the size of it do you think it'd be safe to transplant to another location? Thanks, Cbar
