  4. Yepp. I've got 3/8 chain with .058 pitch. Husky H42=Oregon 73. I meant if the equivalent chains are interchangeable as far as 1 drive link?
  5. I'm wondering if the two chains are 'compatible' or I don't need to file off the oregon cutter much further than where the Husky cutters are. I'm not sure if the cutters' hight of the two makes are the same. Anyone has already mixed different makes of chains together??? Don't want it end up in my bloody face. Probabely wouldn't anyway, just saying.
  6. Hi mighty mates, I'm over my first chain snap. I'm about to buy some drive links and tie straps. Could you tell if I run Husky chain, I may use oregon chain parts to mand it? My preferred supplier doesn't do Husky bits and I can't really chase up Husky drive links. What do you think? Rob United Kingdom Cheeeeeers

  8. Thanks guys, I was looking for hours how to... It seems that there is no glue really for this kind of plastic. I'll empty the can and try to use a hot screwdriver to melt the crack a bit than melt some of the same High density P. E. plastic. It is a horizontal crack on the oil part under the thread. Will bloody work! Criss cross fingers! Cheers
  9. Didn't come through, I think:)
  10. Hiya, I'm looking for a glue that works on my Husky fuel can. I presume it made of plastic polyethylene like petrol cans in general. Reviews are contradicting each other how effective they are. I bought Gorilla Weld and there is a note in the very corner that it is not recommended for polyethylene. Bulls* Help, please! Cheers!
