I'd honestly just start emailing companies and let them know your plans.
I'm from Newcastle myself and I'm working in Hamburg if I hear anything here I'll let you know

Hi we are looking for an individual to join or team in Norway as head arborist. We are based just outside drammen in the south of Norway and work mainly between drammen and oslo. We are a company which is expanding all the time and would look to offer a full time job all year round but for this coming season it is a seasonal position form the 1st april until mid/end nov 2018. We offer very competitive rates and could help with finding accommodation for the up and coming season. All equipment will be provided. We look forward to hopefully finding the right candidate. Norway is an amazing country to experience with the midnight sun and insanely beautiful nature.
