  1. I would like to advice from experienced grounds maintenance or arborists. What is the safest way to cut a high hedge. At present my client is using an A-frame ladder, which I am unhappy with as the ladder is used side ways on, and no three point contact when using petrol hedge trimmers. They do use long reach trimmers, but they don't have enough, so I have suggested buying more, so the operatives are not tempted to use the ladder; this is ok for the sides but cutting the top correctly needs them to work at height. I have considered tripod platform ladders, standard platform ladders and platforms with hand rail; My question is what is generally used out their by other companies
