Hello, guys, I'm wondering if anyone has any suggestions to help me get into the surveying area of the industry. I have a level 3 qualification in Arb as well as CS30/31/38/39, and have been in the industry for 5 years now. I am soon to be returning for the second year of a forestry management degree in Cumbria. A requirement of the course is a placement year in the industry. I am aiming for a placement at a company that is more tree surveying and consultancy than forestry management companies. When the courses begin again I will be booking in with the Arb association for they're Professional tree surveying course. My question is what qualifications would you recommend to try and get to get me in the industry? Any advice in this would be greatly appreciated.
