  1. Hello everyone. I’m 550 xp and 562 xp, I’m going to buy in the near future and 572 xp. So they are great saws, I advise you to buy.[emoji6]

    Had a muffer mod 550 great saw and a 562 muffer mod also but crashed it stupid mistake so bought a 572 xpg great great power but little bit heavy for a small guy like me . So today bought a new 550 xpg mark ll. But yes 550 and 562 great set of saws . Miss my 562 sometimes

  2. Square filling is for full chisel and makes for an even faster cutting chain than full chisel round ground . There is a knack to it . You file from the out side of the cutter rather than the inside as with all other chains . I found the best way is to buy a square ground chain and then " fit the faces of the file to it and practice like that . 

    Difficult too understand for a dutch guy :)

  3. IMO the Tsumura are marginally Better regarding wear and slightly less friction in the rails and sprocket nose.
    But ask the seller About weight, stiffnes !
    He Also have files for square filing,  look in the PFERD drop down menu
