  1. Thanks Nepia for your advice. It certainly is resilient. I’m surprised it’s survived and I will cut it back once it has flowered. Thanks again.
  2. Hi all. I’m trying to find out what this tree is as it’s in poor health due to some of its roots being cut as it is on a boundary. Need to know what it is first. Any info would be a good start.
  3. So the wasps are feeding on the ash bark beetles and their eggs. And the ash bark beetles are feeding on the bark and are not likely to cause any other damage beyond the bark of the ash logs. Thats all good news. Thanks all for your help on this.
  4. Hi, anyone know what these insects are and should I do something about it. The logs are ash and were felled and processed last November stacked up in my sunny carport. I think they are only going through the bark. They look similar to ants. Flying Wood ants ? No sign of beetles. Don’t fancy taking them in the house. Lots of sawdust too. Any ideas anyone. Many thanks.
