  1. Hi I'm a Scottish arborist with just over 6 year experience, 2 of which I have been in a supervisor position in a large company in the West of Scotland. I am confident in all aspects of tree work but always looking to learn more to help me along the way. I am coming over at the end of August and I was looking to see If the will be any available positions coming up. I can send my cv and references to anyone who would like them. Thanks in advance ?
  2. Great customer service from arbotec. Issues has been discussed they are going to resolve the issue and have sent out new and updated straps with a free gift chucked in also. Wish all customer service was like this. 10/10

  4. Thanks for that. I will give them an email and see what they say
  5. Hi all just wondering if anyone has had or heard of this failure on treehog spikes. I was up the tree at the time of failure not the best time for it to happen. I have only climbed on these spikes 15 times max as I have other spikes that I normally climb on
  6. Nice one I didn't even think about that. Cheers man
  7. Cheers Mark I will have a look tomorrow and let you know. I will probably end up just buying a new one. I'm not in a hurry for them as I have a spare set of treehogs that I bought from you a few months ago but unfortunately there a tad sore as I have small legs and there not adjustable. Never realised that till after I bought them

  9. distel-gecko-aluminium-climbing-spikes-velcro. These are the spikes here and it's the carbon fiber part that the pad is on that is broken as someone threw a log on them.
  10. Thanks for that Steve. Yeah it's the carbon fiber ones. I didn't think there was a spare part for it but it was worth a try.
  11. A log got thrown on it and it snapped the carbon fiber part of it
  12. I've got a pair of gecko spikes and one of the carbon fiber pads have broken and I was wondering if there is anywhere that I could get a replacement part for them. I have looked everywhere I can think of and the only spares I can find are just gaffs and straps. Cheers
