  1. @treequip & @stubby Thanks for responding I'll edit the original question.
  2. Obviously, we are a company. We want to learn more about Chainsaw owners, what they value and what sorts of tools and kit you use on a daily basis and why. 1) which Chainsaw do you use? (most if you have more than 1) 2) What item of PPE could you totally not do without? 3) Which axes do you favour? Thanks.
  3. The ones that arbormonkey suggested are pretty good. You can pick them up quite a lot cheaper than £108 though. The general product code is HUSQ5782749-01 Have a built in analogue AM/FM radio. You can use a AM/FM radio or an external device like your mobile phone or MP3 player. They have large ear muffs for additional comfort for the user. The ear protectors have a design that allows a 20% adjustment of pressure against the head.

About

Arbtalk.co.uk is a hub for the arboriculture industry in the UK.
If you're just starting out and you need business, equipment, tech or training support you're in the right place.  If you've done it, made it, got a van load of oily t-shirts and have decided to give something back by sharing your knowledge or wisdom,  then you're welcome too.
If you would like to contribute to making this industry more effective and safe then welcome.
Just like a living tree, it'll always be a work in progress.
Please have a look around, sign up, share and contribute the best you have.
