  1. It’s an ongoing debate. Personally I find very little worthwhile on the FB sites, a few laughs at best. Different strokes and all that.
  2. FB is full of these macho nonsense memes.
  3. Maybe the spelling is ironic. I doubt it though. From Arborists Online....
  4. The job itself was a yawn, removing previously topped spruce but I though I’d share the extraction pics. Temporary road plates on a wet lawn to minimise damage, grapple putting the sticks into the truck in 3 meter lengths. Away by lunchtime.
  5. Yes it’s France Kevin, the F on the plate gives it away.
  6. “Only two years old”
  7. Now I’m not the greatest driver/parker, but unless you’re having a baby or about to have explosive diarrhea, then parking in a supermarket car park like this makes you a twat.
  8. The premier inn I stayed in only had WiFi in the foyer and not in the rooms. Which made my wanking over porn an unsettling experience, at least it was for the family checking in next to me at the desk.
  9. I don’t mind the staying away so much as the hours between finishing for the day and going to bed. I go to bed at around 9.00 just to hurry the time up and start the next day quicker.
  10. Nice saw, I’ve got one and a 562, zero issues.
  11. Not that I do a lot of freelancing these days. But when I did/do only my petrol goes in my saws.
  12. Inexplicable always has a nicer ring to it than unexplainable.
  13. Same on my Navara, nylon bushes/balls wearing through.
  14. It’s a whitethroat, like the man says.
  15. I believe it was, well remembered!
  16. You can get sticks onto a trailer with a winch in other ways. I have turned the vehicle round, and sent the cable lengthways down the trailer and pulled the wood up the ramps, or, if you wrap the cable around it and set the ramps up the side it can be rolled on. Guy on here had some pictures many moons ago. Bit hard on the cable mind.
  17. I’m not sure that playing tricks on the goblins is on the agenda. From what I can see they provide a useful service.
  18. Surprisingly watchable video.
  19. Then put them up again, and only work in a 10 Meter radius.
  20. I’d like a look at the extent of the crown reduction.
  21. All a bit moany, but that’s the point I guess. Ringing down a spar with a big saw, seeing the nice big shavings coming out the back, then realizing your fly is open and your underpants are filling up and will become a thing of torture till you get down and ‘do the housework’ (behind a shed usually)
