  1. Thanks for all your help guys,on closer inspection there was some debris on the plastic cog not letting it sit low enough don't know if it was me or the previous owner.will order some new parts to be on the safe side.thanks again for your help. Rab
  2. When you start to tighten the clutch the drum is locking up.could the needle bearing be worn on the length letting the clutch sit against the drum.
  3. Can't move clutch drum at all!!!removed the clutch and the drums turning the centre boss on the clutch seems slightly low,will have to check it out against a new one.
  4. Thanks for the replies, I've checked the clutch bearing and greased it,checked the springs they were seated ok but still turning when I try to start it
  5. Just put a new brake band on a 346xp now chains turning when I try and start it.anyone any ideas,thanks rab
