  1. Does anybody have any experience or know about the gl&d titan tracked chipper?
  2. I tend to put the drawbar on as it counterbalances it when you're chipping long brash, if what you're chipping is weighty it can cause the machine to tip back. Just depends what you're chipping really. I just do it finger tight so I can easily take it off to fit it in the back of my van.
  3. You've put the feet on backwards! It looks very similar to my Lumag Rambo Hc15.
  4. What about the rollers? What about them? There's another video here that shows the feed rollers.
  5. Just come across this, Lumag Rambo HC 15H Seems a bit slow tho
  6. I've never used one personally but I have used the titan beaver and the rock venom. They're all pretty much the same machine really. Pros of the rock venom is that you get a Briggs and Stratton engine, cons is has fixed position discharge chute. Couldn't fault either of them really. They're obviously no timberwolf but they're great little machines for what they are.
  7. Not sure of a small chipper with feed rollers but the small gravity fed drum chippers are self feeding anyway. Key is to keep the blades sharp. It's the simplicity of these machines that draws me to them.
  8. Did they not take off or something? I would love a setup like this. Best of both worlds.
  9. I was contemplating the MDL myself, they're not that far away from me either. Looks like you get a solid machine for your money but I'm not keen on the width of them.
  10. Never seen until now. Looks like a handy little machine. Bet it'll set you back a few quid mind.
  11. And 2 engines is silly when one of them sits redundant and unusable when the machine is in use. A chipper with a tracked barrow that can pair together for transportation would have been a much better design.
  12. How are you getting that in and out of your van? Is it a struggle?
  13. Thanks for that Mark. So does yours have 2 or 3 blades altogether?
  14. Does the Rock Venom have a counter blade like in this video? Reason I ask is that on their website, you can buy replacement blades but can't see anything about the counter blade.
