  5. Heading up your way with kindlers in a couple of weeks. All my kindling is kiln dried packed in 60x45 bags and I have room for 100 bags at £2.00/bag Cheers Krispy
  6. We eventually settled on the unical airex boiler after travelling around looking at various makes,it's a good simple solid quiet running boiler made by one of Europes biggest boiler manufacturers.Im guessing the 175kw boiler you mention is GF and we looked at 5 of them all of which had issues with smoke belching out of them, not recommended near houses!Which is a shame because there is a lot to like about them.Yes we do feed our two unicals with 0.5m larch logs although we are hoping to feed them soon with1.2m billets which is the recommended length for max efficiency. Regards Krispy
  7. We have a 200kw log boiler and we are using 3m3 of 20 per cent or less larch wood every 24hrs which registers 3000 kW on the meter.
  8. Hi bob, Just joined the firewood game trying to get some stock moving could supply 60x45 nets all home grown hardwood and kiln dried for £2.80 a net ex yard if that's any good pm me.Also kiln dried larch kindling in same size nets£1.60 ex yard sw Scotland Cheers Krispy
