  1. New, used, tractor mounted, stand alone, hydraulic, electric, hydraulic ram, worm screw, horizontal, vertical, 2'/3'/4' capacity, mobile, or manual. What type were you looking for?..
  2. The cool fresh air is pull into the radiator to cool the water (and oil in some cases) which then maintains the the engine coolant at the most fuel efficient to power output temperature around 128C then the air passes the engine removing radiating heat. If it pulled the air past the engine first then the now warm air would have a reduced effect at cooling the coolant inside the radiator, this is what is removing the excess heat from the centre of the engine! Anti-freeze: important element ok we all know it stops the water freezing! And stops internal corrosion but it also increases the boiling temp of the water by about 8 degs C at 50% To much antifreeze and at the hottest point (internal part of the engine/cyl liners) it will turn to gel stick to the hot spot which stops coolant from removing the heat! End result engine seizure!! Water level dropping: I have had a few customers who said, I top it up every morning and it lost some water/the level has dropped by the end of the day! Water expands when hot - pushes the excess out shrinks when cold - leave drops If there is no expansion bottle fitted after this has happened and when cold if the coolant level is still above the radiator core when looking in at the top you have found the working level no need to top up!* If the expansion bottle is full or over flowing you may have a failed radiator cap! * *Or the engine is simply overheating Due to - radiator core blocked Fan belt adjustment (too loose) Thermostat failed/stuck Head gasket failed Blockage in the coolant system restricting coolant flow
  3. I was thinking more down the line of Model machinery destroying another crafted skill !!
  4. A good dealer would soon make some brackets!!!
  5. 1st there was Same 2nd to join was Lamborghini 3rd was then Hürlimann 4th finally Deutz-Fahr Some of the models have evolved from combined element of all the bands and then released under each brand name therefore like modern cars same goods in different wrappers Most models are fairly user friendly and also repair friendly so hence keeping repair bills down! As one first tractors to have forward/reverse shuttles making them a more favourable loader tractor followed by they legendary high road speed and tinted glass nothing could keep up until the Fastrac came along...
  6. Propose built transport trailer! Don't see many of these!!
  7. I have a customer who is looking to sell his little green chipper if anyone's looking for one? c/w purpose built transport trailer...
  8. 1. Check your air and fuel filters! 2. Check your throttle is traveling the full distance to the max rpm stop
  9. Travel brake? Which tracked chipper has one of these fitted?
  10. Tracked choppers aren't designed to tow or pull anything BUT most do.. I would recommend if you are planning to pull anything only pull it from the track unit it's self !! On most tracked chippers the chipper unit is only bolted onto the track unit in some cases mount via rubber mountings I've seen people pulling trees via the lifting eye on top of the chipper !! This being attached to the flywheel top cover which was never made to be pulled sideways with a flywheel spinning round at high speed inside!! Attach with care and pull with caution
  11. No this isn't a joke ! If your looking for a commercial mower then this is something worth looking at... Convertible Mower - converts from a ride on mower to a walk behind mower.... Two in one and more!! Walk The Hill Ride The Distance Not only do have the ability to mower very steep embankments and quickly ride the flatter areas you have the option to add attachment to enable you to continue making use of this machine after the grass is cut!! With 3 cutting deck widths and a optional heavy duty deck that can cut up to 2" saplings! There are plenty of YouTube video to watch ! This machine could make your brushcutter near redundant !!! Designed by a contractor to be used by a contractor... We've been selling these for nearly five years and not one customer has been disappointed
  12. Oooooops! That was a pricey typing error!!
  13. Wood Chipper 15hp Chipping Blade: 30cm. Engine Size: 420cc. Maximum Power Output: 15.0HP. Engine Speed: 3600 RPM. Fuel Tank Capacity: 3.5L. Fuel Type: Unleaded Petrol. £24995.00 + vat Free Delivery
  14. As for ride and comfort - important as we travel up to 100 miles in any direction!! Has anyone had issues with the rear o/s mirror view on a sprinter with regards to the window divider seems to fall right inline with the middle of the mirror!!!? The transit that is due to go was an ex network rail 2 man crew van came with hot water boiler microwave hand wash and independent cab heater all there are good in winter but surplus weight the rest of the year
  15. Not the ones where there swapped the merc badge for a VW badge!! The local BMW garage use on as there parts van which I think is amusing!
  16. Yeah I changed mine to a solid state clutch 80,000 miles ago as I do a lot of towing back wheel drive Is a must! And as it will be service van the latter two don't fall into the suitable!
  17. No spray on! You need the right type of spray gun for the job Once applied if left to set before sealing it with paint over the top it becomes a very strong rubberised layer
  18. Yeah you could be right about the length the sprinter would be a MWB sitting in a sprinter 2 things I noticed straight away was the pointless waste of space in the cab roof!!! And if you a bit long in the leg! If you move the seat back the divide in the door window fall directly in the middle of the off side mirror I've heard transits over the last five years have been having electrical problems! And I have heard a few moaning about the cab on the sprinter that it's to high and feels to spacey to be countable? My brothers a merc Specilists so the logical line of thought is the sprinter but I've always had transits in the past and the driving position ect always seem to be good so really stuck at the cross roads to which way to go!
  19. You can get a similar finish using a Shultz paintable stone chip Works best on sand blasted surface You can adjust the roughness of the finish by a number of ways The finish is a rubberised textured surface which is ideal for applying a coat of 2 pak paint on to for a high strength gloss finish You can apply more than one layer for a thicker coating is required but it the first coat needs to set fully first 24-48 hrs It can be sanded once set as well NB make sure it's paintable as the non paintable comes in the same tin !!!
  20. I am looking to update one of the vans but stuck between the 2 !! LWB HIGH TOP TRANSIT or SWB HIGH TOP SPRINTER both about the same size yet each have many good and bad points Primal get one no older than 5 or 6 years old to replace a transit 350 125hp LWB HT with a well worked 200,000 miles on the clock Has anyone had problems with either? And what were they! It will be interesting to see which has been brand?
  21. Paddy sent me an email with no contact details regarding repairs to a stress control box ! Return emails failed !! Please drop us your email address via pm
