Hi all, Just looking for some advice on the North/South Pay difference, considering relocating to the North West. What do subbies earn compared to the South ? Down here a groundie is on £80-£90 a day where as a climber is on £120-£150 a day. All comments welcome, also are Utility arbs better off?

Hi, I am a Armed forces leaver who will shortly be attending a Arboricultural combination course, with Kingswood training in tunbridge wells from 25th May to 25th June where I will receive NPTC Unit CS30 – Chainsaw Maintenance and Crosscutting NPTC Unit CS31 – Felling Trees up to 380mm diameter NPTC Unit CS38 – Tree Climbing and Aerial Rescue NPTC Unit CS39 – Using a Chainsaw from a Rope and Harness LANTRA Cert. – Use of Woodchippers LANTRA Cert. – Use of Stumpgrinders LANTRA Cert. – Business Studies for Tree Surgeons. Tickets, I also have a full Clean driving Licence with a 12 year commendable service record. I will be looking to relocate to Gwynedd, North Wales in In July and will be available to work as of the this 1st of July. Please Please Please, can anyone point me in the right direction????
