  1. Just been to Architectural Plants (absolutely fabulous + helpful staff who know what they are talking about) and bought one (about seven feet and a lot of money but, I hope, worth it)
  2. Thanks Chopper - just found it on their website so will call them tomorrow. I've been persisting with a nursery in Cornwall who advertise them but have nothing bigger than a foot tall !
  3. Spandit; as you're in "deepest, darkest East Sussex" and so am I - any idea for a good place to get one nearby, or am I better going on-line? Tim
  4. Albizia julibrissin Rosea it is - thanks very much everyone And thanks, Spandit, for the offer of seed but I think I'm going to buy a plant (lack of patience)
  5. We saw this growing on a canal bank in Brittany - very pretty and about 10 feet tall. Haven't a clue what it is but would love one for the garden. Looks like it might be related to the awful "Tree of heaven" or maybe some sort of Sumac?? Picture attached Any help much appreciated
