  1. I got stung by customs on my BDB Blinkin' theives.
  2. Possibly justabout worth that for the value of the scrap steel? Though the cost of raising it would demolish any return...
  3. Been looking at the specs of the boat again, its a bit sub-par.
  4. Definitely something fishy about that one.
  5. I'd love to see pics and description of your test rigs and methodology. Cheers!
  6. I'm looking for chip for weed control in South Croydon - Shout if you're shredding near CR5. Cheers!
  7. I am looking for chip - decent chip for weed control. Anyone deeding somewhere to dump in Coulsdon (between Croydon and Redhill) CR5 2HD - please call me! 07792 620051 Alternatively I have a 5x3 trailer and can come to you if you're not too far!
  8. It's all well and good - shame mere mortals (like I) can't get one! Its almost small enough to go in a leg holster.
  9. Talk to Gordon on TreeBuzz and buy a bulldog bone. That, a pantin and some 11mm or 11.7 is all you need. Failing that a runner. But the bone is better
  10. I've got the same set in the older box. The box was rubbish, but the bits are great.
  11. I would not get in that cab - especially if there was a decline in the way...
  12. Biscuit joints along the top and bottom - then drill and rod it.
  13. Ever looked at your skin after a swim or bath? Your skin is better described as water resistant - but very clever because it is selective about what leaks out.
  14. ARGH just seen "the thread" and "the other thread". Shame it came to a head - I'd have not posted the above if I'd known, but those threads got lost below some "arb" talk threads. Crazy!

About

Arbtalk.co.uk is a hub for the arboriculture industry in the UK.
If you're just starting out and you need business, equipment, tech or training support you're in the right place.  If you've done it, made it, got a van load of oily t-shirts and have decided to give something back by sharing your knowledge or wisdom,  then you're welcome too.
If you would like to contribute to making this industry more effective and safe then welcome.
Just like a living tree, it'll always be a work in progress.
Please have a look around, sign up, share and contribute the best you have.

See you inside.
