Anybody got a clue?

I have a faulty MSA 161T. There is a slight click and the sprocket barely moves and then nothing. It does move by hand but not under battery power. Anyone know what the problem is? IMG_0292.mov

We are looking for some ad hoc support over the next few months. Ideally a climber but an experienced groundsman with the ability to use chainsaw would work. I don't drop it that often but when I do its always a dark hedge or similar. Think I'm going to try shank wrap or ribbon. Thanks.

I use a Silky Zubat but wish the handle was a different colour for those times when you drop it and need to find it. Has anyone tried to paint theirs or add coloured string or anything to make it stand out a bit more?

My Stihl power pole saw has intermittent power. Sometimes it works, albeit with less power than normal and occasionally it’s works fine. Any ideas how to get it working normally?

This was in a pot for 15 years and has now been in the ground for 2 years. Any ideas what’s going wrong and how it can be fixed? Thanks.

My cutter wheel belts on the Predator 38RX got a little mangled today and now I cannot read what size they were. Can anyone let me know the size of them please.

Will this still be OK to mill even though there is a great big crack through the centre? I have the split horizontal with the ground but I didn't want to ruin this as its 150cm diameter.

Where are you based? I'm sure someone on hear would be happy to take you out for a day or too to see how you like it and then go from there.

I have some freshly cut Yew for sale if there is a market for it. Various sizes, welly in the picture for size comparison. Is it worth it or firewood only?

Can anyone recommend a mobile saw milling company near Basingstoke. I have some Douglas Fir, Oak, Cherry and Ash to mill rather than turn to firewood.

Has anyone used this saw with 10"and 12" bar as a comparison? I am going to run the 300 battery and just wondered what size guide bar.
