  1. Many thank for you help The machine is indeed running at 3400 as you say that should be OK. I'll check first to see if I can get 12v going into the unit. If I am then I'll ring tech support. Thank you Martin
  2. Hello Recently acquired a 2002 TW 24/150PH. sn 20207004 Unfortunately the stress control has been bypassed and when we disconnect the bypass the rollers dont rotate. The wiring connections look clean and the sensor is very close to the gear cog. The rev counter shows the engine is running > 3300rpm so I assume its going fast enough. The stress electronics are in a small aluminium box in front of the hydraulic valve/switch. The box has a small green light on the top which doesnt light at any speed. the electronics inside the box look clean and dry. My questions are - does this sound like the original stress unit? What is the light supposed to do when its working properly? Any ideas on how I trouble shoot this one? for example how do i decide if its the sensor, the stress unit or something else? Any suggestions gratefully received. cimh
