it got extremely slow and unresponsive after nearly a year of invoices , i rang them and all they told me ws the volume of invoices i was doing was slowing it down. Thats after i paid for the Interprise package with unlimited invoices ..and as the months went on the worse it got ..

  4. The red Stein phantoms are my best selling boot here in Ireland, along with the wolf and Explorer had great reviews back. The phantoms have a leather that needs less looking after than the wolf and as they are silicone impregnated (the name of the leather is beyond me now :) )

  5. Our best selling trousers by far, as Gustards said above its amazing when somebody tries them on in store it's the comfort and lightness are always mentioned first. Had great reports back on how hard wearing they are also. New colours are expected later on this year to I've being told

  6. I will send Stihl Ireland a email on Monday and will report back here on what they say in Ref to the chain brake on the 660 now back to the cider and chicken wings.

Got an order for one on Friday peter and was told I can't get one til next week as they must check the serial numbers to see are they the effected batch, I'll know tomorrow!

  7. Oopps and i do go to specsavers..........:001_cool:

whats the total price in pounds greg for saw and postage and would you post to uk (wales)

    thanks Martyn

    Hi Martyn

It's 525 plus vat plus €15 delivery to the UK, what ever is charges is made between the euro and pound, I think it would be about £ 560 all in

  8. The 6 you've sold today are they pre-order,can't see the saw on your site?

    Also what's you selling price

Hi matryn it's there alright, there's a second page of saws, I must change that cause it's hard to see there another page, sorry about that

  9. I just got a phone call to say I will have 10 delivered to me tomorrow, I have 7 deposits paid already. I asked the store man did he say he see them with his own eyes and he Confirmed they are sitting beside him ready to ship to me today, happy days!!!

  10. If it was an issue with the chain and bar, these parts need inspection, it is possible the chain was far too tight on the bar and that caused clutch slip hence it being black!

Whether this would cause engine seizure is debatable, usual suspects are no oil in the fuel, old mix, incorrectly adjusted carb or air leak.

Can't do much else without inspection. I guess the clutch could have got that hot it melted the crank seal but have never seen it before!

Spot on! If it's the exhaust side it's heat seizure, or an air leak. I'd love to see the crank seal on clutch side

  11. Cheers lads, he still has the saw in the shop im going in to him in the morning, i don't think he ground out the bar nose, and i don't think there was much dirt in the fins but ill check that tomorrow, im near Dublin. Will try an get some pics tomorrow.

Never heard of it and I'm selling bars and chains 19 years in cork, get the saw sent to Andy Walsh in liffey distributors in blanchardstown. ( husky importers) for a professional opinion.
