  4. Mercian Tree Specialists are looking for an experienced climber to fill a permanent/full time position in Market Drayton, Shropshire. Applicants should have Cs units 30/31/38/39/40.   9. You've got it right mate. The spike rescue will be on a pole putting artificial anchor at the top of the pole. Can't remember if I did belay or not. Are you on a course or just doing assessment?
