And I’ll be sure to make you aware that whatever point you’re making is null and void if you do make a mistake.

I doubt I’ll need to wait for someone else to highlight it for me though. I may be dyslexic, but I’m not retarded. ;)

A wee ‘like’ from Gareth there I see 🤣🤣

As I’m sure you’re aware there’s not one single test for dyslexia but I’ve been reliably informed I do meet the current criteria for what we today consider dyslexia to be.

But it’s good to know that any post you make in the future has to be be 100% accurate in its grammar and punctuation or else…

Well if I do make mistakes I’ll be sure to let you know that I too ‘conveniently’ meet that criteria

When I seen “Mull” quoting a post of mine I just knew after all these years he’s finally found a grammatical error to fill his head with glee. Enjoy sunshine and forever triple check each post you make. ;)

Your posts are normally filled with grammatical errors, I just assumed you were dyslexic or at least identifying as one.

Well children, why don't we let the cough cough star pupil explain himself to the class.

And you Don't pay it for your caravan do you.

I guess you get a hard time in real life Gareth, you won’t cancel that out by being a smartarse bellend on here, jog on to another forum and charm them with your shite wit.

In case anybody is wondering....yes the Welsh for petrol is petrol.  Welsh borrows lots of words.

Yes, that seems funny I suppose, but the English language uses many Welsh words also I’m sure that have been anglicised, it’s only when it goes the other way we tend to ridicule, like Gaelic up here. Have to say the Welsh are doing a far better job of keeping their language alive, 20% in Wales compared to 1% here.

I definitely think Sturgeon, Harvey and all those who voted for it in Holyrood badly misjudged the mood of the vast majority of normal people. I think many are sick to death of having this whole LGBTQ plus shite and the relentless drive to normalise it pushed upon them. I use the word normal intentionally because that thing in the article certainly isn’t.

In normal times it was normally normal to use the word normal but normally now it attracts a backlash from the anti-normal brigade.

Mull  what certain people condoned or went along with and how they reacted or dished out ridicule to those who questioned the measures, it says a lot about them, in particular those who absolutely lack the character to admit the glaringly obvious catastrophe that it most certainly was. I struggle to find much that is funny about the situation post covid that we are left with in many different ways, but if anything I do find Russel Brands take on it and his often clinical dissection of the bollocks that was covid and it’s believers amusing.

Yes, I hear you! It’s life at the moment I’m afraid, as you know, we are very precious and the generations below us more precious still! We have so many freedoms these days, everyone and their feelings are at the top of the list, all at the same time! Infact, we are so free i’ve never felt so captive or frightened to open my mouth in my life.

Dumper, you know your gates, and you would be correct, but I lazily used the Victorian label, since the house was built between 1906 and 1912.

The bottom socket is still in the concrete.

Since the bottoms of the gate posts were rusty I just cut them off.

I can kango the socket out?

    But why?

    Cheers

been working on wrought iron gates lately, bottom hinge was on gate post footplate, conical blob on footplate with concave on bottom of gate stile, worked brilliantly and still does, similar arrangement for top hinge as in pic. Gates were wrought, gate posts were cast.

Personally I wouldn’t touch used trailers again, well not ya run of the mill stuff, more specific stuff like big tippers trailers then yes but your average plant trailers I would always go new simply because there is so much nicked stuff and if there not nicked there fuct, see it in every advert, “Brakes need adjustment “ “lights need looking at” “ could do with wheel bearing adjustment “ etc etc the down side to new is they easily become new nicked trailers!

Plenty good used stuff out there, not everyone can buy new🤷‍♂️, wee bit cynical old boy. Lots of good stuff to be bought 2nd hand.

Anschutz 1427 bought used in fort William years ago for £120. The guys wife had used it for indoor target work with a single shot adaptor.

The one rifle I’ve kept hold of, it’s taught 4 sons how to shoot, incredible trigger and still after more than 20 years of ownership amazingly accurate, cut down by 4” and using a cheap SAK mod with eley subs it’s super quiet.
    PS

Apologies for the horrific tiles etc, that utility was soo ripped out and sorted not long after we moved in.

Some ball on that bolt! Floor tiles pretty tidy too. Not to mention the cable on top of the skirting, the old days.

Remington/Armalon 308 and night force scope, set up for PR.

Looks a fine piece of kit. Being a relative newbie to firearm ownership can I ask what being “set up for PR” means? Excuse my ignorance.
