  1. could not agree more, flameing hundreds of them around sedbergh coming from miles around, now we have bikers blasting around meeting at devils bridge. I ride but I ride all year, all weathers not like this lot that run away at the first sign of rain. we have people living in second homes ,hiring holiday homes just to get away from from the places they live to come here to "be safe" they don't lthink about the small community with a high elderly population they are coming to absolute selfish tossers
  2. many years ago used to use single rope with spliced eyes at both ends and two prussic loops to move about a tree this was with Leicester cc so you had two points of attachments
  3. bough a pair of altbergh defender boots ex army for £60 brilliant also use them when on my motorbike as I like to walk when I go touring

  8. used stilh for years found single sided cutters went blunt quickly then went to shindawa which was brilliant best cutter I,ve used in 30 years it was knicked last along with all our 2 stroke kit anyway it got replaced with echo which took over shindawa and they are good
  9. great show and some good bargains didn't buy owt had a bad case of shjney kit synbrome thank god I went on my bike so had limited space
  10. we have echo hedgecutters at work with the collector blade on top of the blade which ithought was a bit of a gimmick but it works really well they are well made at a good price
  11. saw them at the start the last supper looked like it would be unbelievable great show I was a bit p-ssed off at the price of the food £7 50 for a coke nd sausage baugatte
  12. got 3 new 550s after we where burgled having had 346s had problem with one once hot it wouldn't tick over nd stall on take up that one went back to husky other two we were told to hold it at full revs for 10 secs from start up to the autotune re set
  13. had my 266 for20 years till it got nicked with the rest of our kit it would run a 24 inch if needs be a brill saw
  14. I always have a climbing rope near at hand wether in basket or on ground with a throw line this is after having been stuck 45 ft up after the main hydraulic line ruptured and we couldn't lower it ,but you must lower yourself down on the machine side of the mewp
