We work Largely with Domestic, Commercial and Utilities.   8. Does anyone have breakdown cover for their Unimog? I've tried the company I'm with for my fleet policy but they won't cover it as its registered as agricultural...
  9. My tyres are pretty well worn but they have worn fairly evenly. The back right is a new tyre so I'm wondering if that is pulling the truck to the right

  13. Thank for the advice, As far as I understand if it's registered as ag and is not used to haul chip then it can be run on red? Is that correct? Does anyone actually run on red?
  14. I've imported it and am in the process of registering it as agri now, run on white and have a separate tank for red when on site running chipper and crane... How do they drive when loaded with chip?

  17. I've recently brought a 2008 110 tipper, it has an alloy chip body, off road tyres and I've been told heavy duty suspension... I can see it has two rear springs one inside the other, however when I put half a load of chip in the body the rear wheels rub on the tipper bed as I go around Connors... Any advice or ideas to solve this problem as I only seem to have a small amount of chip on board...

  21. hi, once again in need of your solutions lol. we have just brought a yard and started to tip wood chip but we wish to push it up in a pile around 6-8ft high, i have a small budget for a tractor etc of £2.5k - £3k. whats the best thing to buy for this and what can i afford with my budget... any ideas welcome. thanks...

  23. Once again I'm in need of some advice! I brought a light weight lowering kit from honey brothers and we used it for the 1st time this week to lower oak logs over a roof. we wrapped the lowering rope around the block and lowered the logs down but the rope twisted as it ran around the block, after half hour the rope was so twisted we couldn't use it until we straightened it out again. How do I stop it twisting as it runs through the block???? Cheers.
  24. Hi everyone, I have around two/three full transit loads of oak logs which can be collected from site in whistable,Kent. They must be cleared by Friday, I don't have the time or space to store them at the moment. Price is negotiable and delivery can be arranged but at your own cost.
