<p>hiya, im based on suffolk essex border and have cs30,31,38, nptc chipper ticket, brushcutter and pa1 pa6, not newly qualifies however. i used toi do railway clearance work back in 2003 and was a COSS so have plenty of experience of railway work, however i donmt have a valid pts,coss ticket anymore so wud require retraining again, am quite interested in yr post tho so should u feelu can use me atall then message me back with more details, hours pay ect , many thanks, matt</p>
