  1. I do agree the moon landing wasn't real tho. How was the flag flapping when no wind and who was holding the camera.
  2. Any idiot can see that a standard hummer would get pummeld by anything explosive. So would any vehicle for that matter. This truck survived with only a knackerd tyre. If the c4 was placed at the back of the hummer it would flip it over completely destroying the rear end. Like it or hate it it's a monster and I would gladly drive it over mindfield, as it is built for what it is designed for, military use. The hummer was for army but turned into civilian use. Same is being done for this thing. Bet the civy type is not as big and is a lot lighter than this one in vid.
  3. As far as I'm aware the vehicles are usually over 25 unless it's agri, liability usually if there are tickets involved anyone. Best talk to insurer to find out exactly what they say as they all tend to differ depending on what the holder has taken out.
  4. But then would you need a chipper? Or even a chainsaw for that matter, just roll through the wood pushing everything over. Job done in ten mins.
  5. Seen it on top gear. Hammond done it check out you tube. No good for the morning run to Macy d.
  6. That's not a bad price, is that new engine or just block?
  7. True I would stick it out. I was employed easly into a job as I had mechanical qualifications and It was seen that I could look after the machinery and save company some money on garages or fitters. I work mainly for myself now but I work for an arb company as and when needed or when I can work.
  8. Sod the ink how much paper would it take to print a 6 bore block...........
  9. Brazing wouldn't hold up to the stress that the block would be under. Good for rads not so good for blocks.
  10. Ok so steal clear or using resin type product and either go for new engine/block. Can't you look to see if engine will fit. Normally just look at clutch bell housing and look into the spline shaft. Looking into it on the net should bring up something that you can change it for. If the head I'll need work as well scrap it in and get something else to fit.
  11. Hey not saying I do it as if I had a crack it would be a new block. Just done it to landy.
  12. To weld it they will have to strip it and heat it glowing red to get a decent weld. However welding will not hold for long and it will eventually return if not on the weld then around it. Unless you get it welded then sell it on quick to let someone else have the problem. Best to go for another block or engine. If its the 135 copy would a mf135 engine not fit?
  13. Only if you slap the 3l turbo surf engine in it with full n2o kits added. Wouldn't want to ay for new diffs or putting the gearbox back on everytime you pull away.
  14. I want an impaller. Love them. Shame they don't make them and they are rare. One day I will win euro millions and it will be mine...
  15. Yeah keep an eye open. If he knows we're the expensive kit is and how to get to it move it or ensure it is all double locked. Change the locks on everything.... Not saying he is likely to do it but you never know.
  16. Your not mad it's the rest of the world that has a problem.... That is what I keep telling myself and I'm starting to believe it with some people I have met...
  17. I use some dungarees trousers and boots. Only problem I have is they tear when I'm doing hedges or brush. I've had to sow an old pair of trouser legs over the top. The labels are still visible exept the legs are a camo colour and the rest are green. My sowing is rubbish and they don't look that mice to be honest but the ballistic is still in one piece. Been told they don't look professional as they look a bit rag tag, but I know they are safe to use and they protect me from a strike. I like them as they ar comfy.

  19. Multiple items discount. If they are all going to same place postage is cheaper from royal mail or couriers. Have always done combined postage.
  20. Seen the hospital window cleaners in London use rope access to clean there's. Walked through one day and some bloke was hanging over my head with squeegee in hand.
  21. Seems to be a case of places to put them is a big issue. If you had a massive tipper could you have a place to put it.
  22. Please no more..... I prefer b and q own brand.....
