  1. Looking for advise on a 260 saw. And still picking up advice as well as putting my two Pence worth in at the same time. Lol
  2. At 3.50 I swear he has the brake off with saw by his side, good to see ppe being used in the way of glasses. Sounds more like sooty and sweep on speed to me.
  3. Please tell me that was suppose to sound sarcastic or you meant it to sound different? A climber will run to his ability and I don't think taking it down in smaller pieces would have been any different speed wise just a lot safer.
  4. Let's face it most likely place to have that work done would have been quick fit. IMO there places are full of college rejects.
  5. Yeah what everyone has said. Goes wrong it's your fault, you were going on the fact that you were A. Looking out for yourself I don't think you would be doing a lot if you had been hit with the power from the lines and B. you were looking out for the team on the ground, if you had gone through the lines would it hurt anyone on the ground? If it is ever brought up in a visit with the office people, you were looking out for the team as well as the company finance and insurance.
  6. Yeah I forgot to put about a pm. I have had 3 saws like this, 2 are in a parts bin waiting to be stripped or the parts sold on. Another has been left with me to look into as it was a fab eBay buy with the description of just needs a service. I've seen carbs for 85 quid, I've checked everything else on this saw and all is ok only thing left is the carb. I have has carbs apart but nothing jumps out at me when looking at them to see what is wrong.
  7. How do you fix the pump? Looked into this a lot with 200s and no one has ever actually explained it well enough.
  8. Attitude is a big part of society today, no one can be botherd to get up and do anything as they have been told its pointless. I have seen that the job centres now don't even see the people signing on, they give them a piece of paper to fill in at the main desk asking what jobs they have been looking or applied for, they then hand the paper in and that's it.... They are also talking about closing the centres and doing it online or by phone. So people don't even have to get out of bed to get money... What a load of bull excrement.
  9. If the chimney even needs to be lined, get a report done on it and see what it comes back with. If the chimney has had it then a liner would be needed, seen a company do one before on a house I worked on. They put what I described as a long balloon down it, inflated it and poured concrete type mix around it, once set had a flue. Fitting a stove is not hard as if you have a flue it's a case of connecting it it up with fittings on stove. Fitted two in bosses house a while ago, used a metal sheet cut to shape of bottom of chimney then cut a hole for first section of flue, must express that the chimney was inspected and was sound.
  10. A dog was shot on farm near me short time ago, they took the farmer to court for doing it. Judge laughed it out the court room. Signs were everywhere saying dog coud be shot if found amount sheep livestock protection act. Can't remember the year but it's legal. People don't think a farmer would shoot one. I would.
  11. What's been going on lately, not heard a lot? Everything ok I hope?
  12. That's the kitty, thanks garden kit. Had a bit of trouble locating one from other sources.
  13. Got a 088 on bench again, broken chain tensioner. Need help finding the part, it's the l shape part with the lug on it. Not sure if I can weld a new lug on? Can't upload the image from my iPad. Or don't know how. It's the part with the lug that locates into bar. Lug has been broken off so don't have it. If I haven't made it clear enough I will post a pic tonight.
  14. Ok. But I can't do it in container handler. Not got one and don't know we're to get one from. Will try it in telehandler tho and make a vid, see how many attempts it takes me. Should be fun to try. But will do it in my lunch break as I don't want to waste company time
  15. I will do it for a tender, just have to wait til I get on a telehandler again. That's the closest machine I can get on to the container one in the vid. Might be a bigger bottle to fit a coin into. So what coin to use? And what bottle?
  16. Sorry high scale what are you asking there? The bus was a mistake he missed the tube and was trying to catch it at the next station. They were known just mis timed.
  17. So just to get my round this. Don't want to be chipped as it takes away our freedom, so I have a chip no one can steel my identity by reading my mail and empty my bank account claiming to be me as banks would just scan my chip. The gov are out together us all and lock us all away for doing what exactly? Seeing as we pay for the gov wouldn't they be shooting themselves in the foot somewhat. Ok so some mp has claimed this and that for a house cleaner or another car etc, sorry but if I could do it and get away with it I would, and so would loads of other people. How exactly are they taking away our freedom? I can walk down the road singing what I want, I can watch what I want on telly. I can look at what I want on t web. I can work were I want and doing what I want. So the banks had a crash, did it effect my account or the money I had in it? No, so why am I going to take all my money out and hide it in my mattress........... Fuel is going up because of the fuel company's not the gov tax, it is high but the fuel giants areutting up the price per barrel not gov. Tax is going up due to benefits and the amount of people on them, why the hell should I go and work when the state will pay for me to be a bum? Because I like it.... So the NHs may go private, so what same docs will be looking at me, just means I pay for it like everything else, just another expense. Means I don't pay nat ins. Docs can't treat you on how much money you have, it's called duty of care.
  18. So do you wear foil on your head so THEY can't read your thought. Lmao
  19. The flock onto the fork would not happen if the fork was as it should be. The tip is too sharp and would be condemned by h&S.
  20. Erm was I the only one that saw the bombings on the news on London with a tube and bus? It could have been a lot worse but people were stopped, it wasn't on the news as it was called a media blackout. Plus what about the IRA bombings that happened? Yes our country could be a lot lot worse but there are measures to stop bad things happening and it works. I was going to stop on this thread as it got boring to me but your comments bring me into it. You are wrong and will be, human chipping will not happen as you have said it gets brought in on a voluntary basis, who is going to go to docs and ask for one to be put in? Our country haste best security system in the world, we have "spooks" that follow and protect ordinary people from the likes of terrorists, we also get to terrorists before the news does unlike America who like to hear it on CNN first ( sorry to easy lift but it's not personal) as they have demonstrated with the 911 attacks. As the news knew it before there intel did. We knew about the tube bomber before he struck, we just lost sight of him before he done it. But the other bombers got stopped before they done any damage. So yes we live in one of the best country's for health system and security system in the world. I can sleep at night knowing that my back is being watched and that help is only a call away.
  21. I want a poll. Title. What chipper feeds dogs better. Ok I'm out for a bit. GREENMECH
  22. I'm going to say green mech. Go gm go.
  23. Think your the only one taking that much interest in it to look we're the explosive was placed and how. I can destroy most things with the bang stuff, trained to. Mr joe blogs has no idea what or were it was placed so they don't care, only in the fact that top gear is aimed at providing the motor head with some fun and something to dribble over.
