  1. Come on, are we really going down the route of this. Terror is a real threat that does happen, only thing with it is it is done by a minority group of extreme fundermentalists that believe strongly in tere religious beliefs and swear by there bible (quaran or whatever it be) as terrorists can be anyone from any religion or even those without a religious faith. Define terror it is to bring a force of violence or destruction to install fear into a population. This can be anything. I for one also find the post offensive and you cerne are not doing anything to teach me that it is all nonsense made up by a government. My brother served in afghan and he risked his life and came very close to loosing it due to extremists and ied. So the way you are telling it is our government is putting roadside bombs down to kill our own troops just so they can carry on a war, or instill some kind of fear in us so they can control us in some way? I think someone has had the foil on there head just a little bit too long!
  2. Nah that would be me in the roof with the shotgun as I never miss. It's a scare plan. But it will never happen. Maybe a cardboard box with some broom handles painted black, but we could never afford real rockets.
  3. I noticed the download is the start, it then has to load loads of files when first opened.
  4. Bad earth. Run a new earth from this light to a body part. Should fix the problem ok. Bad earths count for 80% of light not working as they should.
  5. I loved that bloke. Can't believe how he used to climb the chimneys. No fear what so ever. I did watch the last chimney he brought down on telly using tyres and timber.
  6. Bad earth in existing loom. Does it stop flashing when indicator off or just flash all the time?
  7. Not good. Condolences to the parents.
  8. Looking at how happy the chap in blue hoodie seems in pic two I'd say weird. I jest of course.
  9. Not yet. I dont see much need for it myself yet. Think the boss is getting that one. I don't look to much into fungi. Might get it just so I got it tho.
  10. Ok. Nice apps and worth having. Just got to wait to try them out on jobs now.
  11. Cool. Looking forward to any. I do have one slight moan about knot app...... Could the knots not be animated when tying?
  12. Just got the knot app on my iPad. Good first impression. Had to flick a bit on some of the knots back and forth to check them. But then I can Thame a rope with me so I can follow them with the rope. Good app so far and a good amount of knots in them, got a few apps with knots and they are ok but this one is mainly for climbing and rigging whereas the other apps have knots I will never need in them. Good app Steve anymore your thinking of doing?
  13. What about non climbers. What do they get to do????
  14. It's a Renault b120. Yeah not many in England have heard of them but big in France.
  15. Thanks skyhuck. Think I got it so total axle minus total weight equals towable weight!
  16. Yeah looked into it and it's a form filling exercise and maybe a visit from vosa, but I don't know how to work out the rates. Looking into what it can tow or load to see if it's worth it.
  17. So been looking at down plating vehicles ut wanted to know how it would effect what you can tow? I know I have read all the threads about 3.5t being useless for arb work, but this van isn't going to be used for arb more garden work etc. But it will have to tow either a chipper for hedge work or a trailer. If it weighs 2600 and is down rated to 3500 what is towable mass?
  18. I don't use a ladder except for doing building work. That's why I hate them. Seen a few slip before and it doesnt look good.
  19. Now I like that. Blocked a doorway to make room for the burner. Never thought about doing that to a static.

The other half sent me this. Should put an end to climbing Should be headed RPC. Sorry don't know how to change that.
  23. Tell me about it, they wobble, bounce, and make all sorts of noises. Plus kit gets caught on rungs and snags up. I hate them with a passion. The tree is much more stable.
  24. The charges for cutting are not really set on time. It's how long it takes to cut or how big, have to remember overheads aswell. Going to the job costs money, lawn mowers, strimmers, hedge cutters all use fuel, if a job is further away from other jobs then it will cost more as you can't include it as a round type job as you are travelling further to do it. Insurance costs money, vehicle, liability etc. In some cases it's cheaper for homeowners to cut the lawn themselves but that takes time.
