  1. Yeah I would go straight for earth. Could need a clean out.
  2. Yeah with that crazy swamp man.
  3. Sorry but extreme logging is a bit more like driving miss daisy. Skidded this skidded that. Falling asleep.
  4. As from what I've seen they use some great big Russian helo to lift the assembled tower parts into place. Can't remember what helo it was but it creates little down wind so they can position the sections. Still needs bodies to bolt it all together.
  5. What's this watching tv thing you lot are going on about. Oh that must be they sky record button I watch in the morning before I go to work. Fast forward all he rubbish and the hour program turns into a 40 min program. What I find bad is we moan about our telly but if you watch something like man v food, whenever there is a break in the program like when they say coming up, then it goes straight back to the program, that is the ad break in America, it's every 10 mins. That would wind me up.
  6. Now that is friggin awesome. I would definatly do that. Although I would not want to be the first to try it when they first come up with the idea. Seen them surveying the power lines with a helo before but never seen anyone get off it.
  7. Not sure the bat mobile had plates????.?
  8. After checking the screws I would clean the carb and fuel filters. Could be crap in the fuel lines, also look for split fuel lines and impulse line.
  9. This did make me chuckle. I can imagine it on a Friday at 4.30, and they welder runs out of gas or wire is getting low. Just tack weld them it will be fine, if someone climbs to the top of this they need there head checking anyway. There is a big mast near me and they used a helo to get a cap on it before, also seen them use a basket and pulley to get near the top then cling the rest of the way.
  10. Yeah. That's kinda high. Cool when you can see the curveture of the earth.
  11. Hey I'm looking for a harness. What are the sizes, as in size 1 and size 2.

  12. Don't forget if you are changing to a stand alone engine, keep the tractor hydraulics so if the engine fails you can still work the splitter with the tractor. Would get you out a jam.
  13. Depends we have a 5.5 hp Honda copy on ours. Does everything we throw at it. Oh yeah, 13ton ram.
  14. So does it do it at standstill when putting lights on? Run on tickover and see if it does it. If it does you have a wiring issue effecting engine somewhere. Will take some investigating.
  15. I managed to get fox for 17hmr. But not .22, my .22 is zeroed to 65yrds with sub hollow point and that sets it up at 100yrds zero for high volocity.
  16. I'm not going to bite or take the hook tonight I'm afraid.
  17. That's it I got all the material I need for the tub tonight.
  18. 140 yards. What the hell calibre we're you using for that one.... In the interest of what calibres are recommended for what type of vermin I thought .22 was rabbit and 17hmr. Anything more is going up the scale for fox etc. Must have been aiming way high and god knows how far to one side to adjust for wind.
  19. I can't do it on the iPad but maybe someone can put the link up for me. I have seen a few videos on YouTube and the best I have seen to explain on how to get a rope in a tree and climb is Cornell tree climbing, they have a video of using a throwline and getting a cambium saver up the tree with the throwline aswell. Good videos IMO
  20. John deere now your talking my language. Nothing runs like a Deere.
  21. Second post first pic. Is that a grab on the roof of a county????
  22. Yeah mine was until it rained one day and I got soaked, the band around the front would squeeze black what some would call water but not me. Just changed to internal parts for new ones.
  23. I've heard this before. I never knew how the doctors or benifits people know they are a drunk? Do they do a breath test and if you fail you get the money???.. I could claim this, all I have to do is turn up drunk and stinking to the office and claim the money. This part of the benifit system is a complete joke to me above all the others, it there fault they are a drunk, they put themselves in that position so they can deal with it. Claim money for drinking too much then spend they oap life in hospital due to kidney failure and tax payers are still footing the bill. Rant over.
  24. Any chance of doing anything with the runts on those stupid motorbikes? Apart from a solid slug from the 12 bore....
