    Understood.

The question remains though  - is the current situation an appropriate and proportionate response by Russia?

If the Kernish were to cross the Tamar and impose side crimp on Tavistock - that “might be appropriate”, but if they wanted Exeter, Okehampton and beyond.....  Well,, that would just be too much -  unachievable / unenforceable / unsustainable.

I have excluded Plymuff on purpose - they Janner bey’s are like a separate ethnic group all on them own 😂

Kevin the railway has opened again in okey with mainline services to Exeter as you know so Exeter “could be got at with a Ginsters” at least put the kernow flag at st David’s

ive been told it’s cream first in the buffet car shock horror

From my side, I reckon it is bonkers. 24" bars need a 70cc+ saw. Taking what is a homeowner/semi pro saw and putting a bar this size when a 15" would be about right is madness.

If he did get it working, he would be forever lifting it out of the cut to get back in to the power-band to keep the cut going. The oiler won't be up to it, the clutch will slip, the machine will be forever bogging down, AV would suffer.....these size bars are 395 territory........bonkers!

Hey Steve  don’t forget those yellow fire breathers they run anything 😅

  4. I import them from Oregon but there not the cheapest handles , not many

people have asked about the 500 handles lately but I’ll get some prices @Joe Newton

I’ve just had a load of husqvarna full wrap handles and spikes in which always

    draws a lot of interest

Didn,t do timing and carb doesn,t have limiters, but maybe Andrew(Shavey) had sorted that because he had run it up before i had it,just tweaked screws a bit and she was flying

Didn't do anything to yours  but taking the cat out always makes a tremendous difference and a richen up the outlet isn't far out

I notice its got a pussycat. I assume I should remove that, add about an 8mm-10mm hole to the muffler, pop the flywheel and shave 0.25mm off the key, refit, pop the limitters and then twiddle the high screw out a bit?

I've never shaved a flywheel - guess that's up to you. but certainly worth getting the cat out. From memory once that's happened the outlet is plenty big enough

No I've never done that on a standard saw but wes went the whole hog on my makita

Including lightening the flywheel and porting

    And it's a fantastic runner

It is a decision, based on prices I've seen vs my budget, between the Makita EA610045PD (seen at £498) or Husqvarna 555 (seen at £507).

You got a choice of two good saws there and as @Stubby says the echo cs-590 timber wolf is a good saw I’ve had one of those as welll

another one worth considering is the Makita ea-5600 a very reliable strong saw with excellent AV and cheap as well

They must have the chainsaws being made now

    Looks decent  80v chainsaw next?

That looks a decent peice of kit  ive  just supplied a Makita twin battery blower and I was surprised how quiet and powerful it was

I was looking to deal with Shavey but seems to have gone quiet on here.

But yeah I’m also confused why the 6100 has a larger fuel tank..maybe ergonomics?

Yeah sorry been a bit up and down here I’ve decided to give up full time work and concentrate on having a easier lifestyle and spend more time at home

I still haven’t had a conformation about price and availability there’s hardly

any big red red ones around  but later in the summer can invest in some red or

    blue whatever I available
