395 are different ,3120 are different again . Not that its relevant but there are two types of fitting for 394 and early 395 as well . The big soft wood dawgs are a husky part . Got mine from U.S.A. but Justin could probably get em ... -
Just try another bar from one you know oils . If it works you know its a faulty bar and you can take it back .....

The problem is greasing the nose sprocket . I stopped doing it a few years ago and now never get a ( premature ) problem . You grease the bar and it attracts crap and crud . You dress the bar and swarf from your filing gets trapped ion the grease ......bang !
