  1. I don't think the TPO was " contravened " . It was lifted to allow the 5 day notice .
  2. This is pretty desperate for a thread !
  3. Plus or minus is irreverent I think . Its direction . If something is , for example , minus 28 degrees and becomes minus 8 degrees its warmed up . If something is minus 28 degrees and become minus 38 dgrees its cooled down .
  4. When you work with an animal for a long time it makes a special bond I feel ./ More than just a pet . Really sorry mate .

  7. I thought that if the chain was not getting lubed it went slack too quickly as all the joints become loose due to premature wear ? Maybe you have a " tight spot " on the chain ?

  16. Yep standard pto shaft speed I know . Point I was making was the actual cone does not need to be rotating fast as long as there is plenty of torque .I understand about glazing the bores on the tractor so I suppose its a compromise ( as life often is ) with the revs . altering the revs up and down and using non synthetic oil until the rings have bedded in is the ideal but ho hum and that !
  17. Thanks to Rob also from me . 36" bar came today . Swapped the tip over to .404 with the rivets supplied and we are off and running ! Almost the whole fleet done now !
  18. What about a Hycrack cone splitter . No hydraulics to worry about . Some people are frightened of them but I recon they are the billie bollox ! See the other thread " screw type splitters "
  19. I was told ice not heat for muscle in spasm .....
  20. Good advice . I thought 540 was low rpm .
