  3. Yes spoken to them a few times and raised concerns with little help. When my machine was “pending” all night they said I must have poor signal in the area?? But I thought it works of a few systems? When they can’t locate it in my container they told me it will be able to track it when it comes out. My concern is that if it’s stolen off site and put into a container. I wouldn’t know until I arrive on site in the morning. Even then it won’t be traceable until it’s removed from the container. By that time it could be shipped aboard. I activated my motion sensor today at 4pm, they told me that I missed the units “wake up period” and it wasn’t able to be activated until the next time it wakes up at 7pm. So this means The machine was sat on site for 3hrs not activated tonight.
  4. Awful product and service. I’ve had mine for almost a year and time and time again I’m having problems. From not being able to locate my chipper when it’s in the container to having our tracked chipper out on site all night with the tracking system “pending” meaning the device is not sending messages back to there office. On occasions the staff will be able to use the machine for up to an hour before I revive any alarm the machine has moved. I am severely disappointed with the product and service. I will be having a different tracker fitted to the machine and cancelling my contact as soon as possible.
