  2. Yeah, grow up you lunatics Kevin and Perry do Treework. Sent from my iPhone using Arbtalk
  3. Tick tock....... Sent from my iPhone using Arbtalk
  4. I got my pulley saver spliced up by a mod on here. Very reasonable. I bought the pinto rig and spliced some tenex onto that, real easy. The bloke spliced wire into the wide eye, and put a small eye with a retrieval shackle onto the other end. All told it cost £90 or less, all in. Sent from my iPhone using Arbtalk
  5. I love you Craig! Steve: Make this man a Moderater already, you lot are too serious! Sent from my iPhone using Arbtalk
  6. Haha I remember that! He's been quiet recently! Sent from my iPhone using Arbtalk
  7. There are far more controversial things they could have planted Sent from my iPhone using Arbtalk
  8. I remember the rec climb mate, I think it was both our first time on a SJ, I think it was Wayne's. It's a lovely bit of kit, and so much more consistent than any hitch. But I'd have to buy a rope guide too, cos they match. £300 gone! Sent from my iPhone using Arbtalk
  9. I get it. But for me it's less irritating than having to pull slack through all the time. I'm seriously tempted to get a Spiderjack. Sent from my iPhone using Arbtalk
  10. I've been looking at the Knut recently. Why do you prefer it to a VT Mark? It doesn't look like it would self tend as easily, and possibly bind more. That said my VT doesn't always grip 100%, so I've had to adjust my technique accordingly. Sent from my iPhone using Arbtalk
  11. Wow, lot of aggro over someone not winning a competition. People entered ideas, and Arbortec chose the one they liked best. What's underhand about that? If you had such a revolutionary product in mind why don't you go develop it? Many a person has done in this industry. I fail to see where the "beef" is? (disclaimer: I'm under 30, so the term "beef" is acceptable) Sent from my iPhone using Arbtalk
  12. You lot make me sick. Enjoy! Sent from my iPhone using Arbtalk
  13. Aw c'mon Conrad! Certainly beats reducing Leylandii hedges in the rain! Sent from my iPhone using Arbtalk

  18. I can't comment, I'm a midlander. To Northerners I'm Southern, and vice versa. I can't Win! Sent from my iPhone using Arbtalk
  19. Begging your pardon, I couldn't see which smiley you posted on my iPhone Cuddles xxx Sent from my iPhone using Arbtalk
  20. P.s. I've seen 038 Mags in decent nick go way above £300 on eBay. It always depends who's saw shopping though. Sent from my iPhone using Arbtalk
  21. Just sold my 038 Super. It's a reliable work horse. Like Treequip said, they were once a firm favourite. I loved mine. However, if you're cutting for production, or heaven forbid, climbing with one, a modern saw will leave it in its dust. Sent from my iPhone using Arbtalk
  22. Sorry, was meant as a joke. I like mine. Ideal chipper saw, and even better for giving to the new lad who's probably going to hit the ground anyway. Save the big beefy saws for you big beefy men Plenty of power for what I use it for, but I see your point, I'd get bored with it if I was in bar length timber. Sent from my iPhone using Arbtalk
  23. Nah, your sharpening's just crap Sent from my iPhone using Arbtalk
  24. Nice to see a 12" bar on toppers. I have an uncle in Trondheim. How did you end up working out there Rich? Sent from my iPhone using Arbtalk
